Description

A distillery located in the Park Royal area of north-west London, Bimber opened in 2016 and operates a 'farm-to-bottle' approach, sourcing 100% of its barley from a single producer and using traditional floor maltings and slow fermentation techniques. This release is part of the 'Shoulders of Giants' series, which pays tribute to historical figures, with this particular expression celebrating the legendary German actress Marlene Dietrich.
