Proudly celebrating his family's roots in moonshine production - and even using the Polish word for moonshine, 'Bimber' - Dariusz Plazewski set up his London-based distillery in 2015 with Ewelina Chruszczyk after emigrating from Poland. Bimber is one of only a handful of working distilleries in London and of even fewer in the whisky-making industry. They pride themselves on a natural environment. This particular release from the 'Shoulders of Giants' series celebrates William Shakespeare, the playwright. It is a single cask, limited edition, non-chill filtered, and natural colour single malt London whisky, bottled at cask strength.
