From the innovative Bimber Distillery, comes this distinctive single malt designed in celebration of London's bustling financial district, Canary Wharf. Distilled in the early 2010s, the spirit matured in a single unique Marsala wine cask, eventually yielding just 320 bottles. The third release in Bimber's acclaimed Spirit of the Underground series.
