Description

The Bimber The Spirit Of The Underground - Elephant & Castle is a limited edition single malt English whisky, part of the eighth release in a celebrated 44-bottle series in collaboration with Transport for London (TfL). Distilled at the Bimber Distillery based in London, this single malt was matured in Re-Charred Cask #381/54 and bottled in September 2025. It is a single cask release, bottled at natural cask strength without filtration. Bimber Distillery, located in the Park Royal area of north-west London, opened in 2016 and operates a 'farm-to-bottle' approach, sourcing 100% of its barley from a single producer and using traditional floor maltings and seven-day fermentation in American oak washbacks. The series celebrates London's iconic transit heritage with unique designs for each station.
