Bisquit Interlude is the first expression of the Rare Collection, an exclusive Fine Champagne Cognac blend composed of 77% Grande Champagne and 23% Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie. The collection draws from twenty barrels, with only two bottled each year and an annual outturn of 1,000 bottles.
