Nose
Leather, Vanilla, Oak, Caramel, White Peppercorn with some gentle spices and a hint of incense. Sweet, fruity and immediate on the nose. Vanilla and orchard fruits. Dry and warm. With time malt, dried fruits and some oaky spiciness.
Palate
Raisins, Some prunes, Cinnamon, Hint of Ginger with some biscuits and oak. Medium to light body. Nice and interesting spice profile - cinnamon, ginger and white pepper to the forefront - but more exotic, unidentifiable spices in the background. Exotic.
Finish
Long finish with a medium intensity, the Leather returns in the finish. More of the same. Then darker notes of dried fruits, leather and herbal honey. Green herbs on the finish line.
