- Lightly honeyed with vanilla and a grainy malty note, soft toffee, a hint of citrus, and a small smoky and spicy edge. Some sour citrus, sharp grain, biscuits, and a touch of peat, with notes of peaches, apricots, roses, grapefruit, and sour apple candies.
- Palate
- Smooth and rounded, with mild sweetness of caramel and honey. Malt, biscuit, and a touch of nuttiness, with a subtle smoky note and gentle spice. Tart citrus, jalapeño oil, toasted nuts, hints of wheat and barley, sugary dried fruit, young oak, and lemon.
- Finish
- Medium in length and pleasantly easy. Sweetness fades into a drier cereal note. Soft spice remains with a small smoky accent. Soft pepperiness, herbal bitterness, a slight BBQ smoke note, and a slight sweetness of honey.
