- Palate
- Spicy and sweet oak with citrus notes and hints of coconut, ginger, vanilla and gooseberry. Pears, apples, and tangy dry stone fruits. White pepper, herbs, grass, and some nuttiness. Lemon drops and cinnamon applesauce. Lemony and malty, like lemon curd. Creamy and slightly oily, fresh fruit and pineapple.
- Finish
- Clean, sweet, spicy citrus, crisp and refreshing. Oak spice, lingering fresh ginger and honey. Medium-long length, fruit and sweetness ramp up toward the end. Tangy stone fruits continue, with fizz like pineapple. Malty grain component grows, sour apples, candied pecans, cinnamon, and saccharine tinned pears.
