Nose
blackberry and bilberry, sweet vanilla and rich sherry scents.
Palate
bramble and aged dessert wine flourish, reminiscent of Banyuls, before transitioning to maraschino cherry. Orange oils, tropical fruits, brown sugar and a delicate syrup harmonises with burnt sugar and candied almond nuances.
Finish
medium finish that bursts with sweet red berries and a red fruit cocktail.
