Description

Alinta Reserve is a limited release of only 2000 bottles, part of Bladnoch's new Peated Collection. This inaugural 2023 batch was selected annually by Master Distiller Dr. Nick Savage from a special reserve of peated cask stock. It was matured in 100% first-fill Amontillado sherry hogshead casks, bottled in 2023, and is non-chill filtered with natural color.

Smoky and nutty, campfire smoke, white chocolate, walnuts, herbal pine cones, almonds, raisins, fresh and vibrant peat smoke, bonfire ash, charcoal, dried seaweed, iodine, bitumen, malted cereals, green fruit (apple, pear), creamy vanilla, desiccated coconut, honey, sultana, and lemon zest.
Finish
Long with sweet smoke, delicate pine cones, warm and drying, earthy cereals, gripping peat smoke, cinnamon, cocoa, and powdered ginger.
