This fine small batch bottling of Blair Athol is presented by Independent bottlers, Thompson Bros. Spirit distilled in 2015 matured for 8 years in a pair of Oloroso Sherry octave casks before being bottled at 48.5% with no added colour and non chill-filtered. Octave casks mature spirits quicker due to increased liquid to wood contact.
