Description

The iconic single barrel bourbon Blanton's is made at the Buffalo Trace distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, but the brand is owned by the Japanese company Age International. This rare Blanton's Single Barrel Black (also known as Takara Black) is an exclusive expression crafted specifically for the Japanese market. It is aged for a minimum of 8 years in new charred American oak, two years longer than the standard Blanton's Original, and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
