- A decadent nose bursting with aromas of raisins and figs, beautifully backed by molasses, sweet caramel, and a touch of leather. Hints of pipe tobacco and roasted nuts add depth.

- Syrupy and full-bodied, with bursts of sticky dates, black cherries, and sultanas. Clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon spice emerge alongside espresso bitterness and a whisper of savoury cured meat. A sweet and savory palate with a wonderful mixture of honey syrup, fine dark chocolate, crispy bacon and cracked white pepper.
