Description

Bomberger's Declaration Distillery Bourbon honors the legacy of the former distillery known as Bomberger's in the 1800's and later as Michter's in the 20th Century. This 2021 release is a robust Kentucky Straight Bourbon at 108 proof with a broad spectrum of distinctively rich characters. For the aging of this release, Michter's maturation team chose special barrels, some of which were made from Chinquapin (Quercus muehlenbergii) oak that has been naturally air dried for over 3 years.
