Nose
Coastal smoke and ash, with notes of bergamot, orange zest, lemon, hay, and heather smoke. Underlying sweetness of vanilla, roasted pineapple, and banana, with hints of light iodine and olive brine.
Palate
Rounded and honeyed, with vanilla, perfumed smoke, and coastal elements. Flavors of dark peat, blossom, oily sweetness, peaches, pineapple, and cigar ashes. Salty caramel and gentle peat smoke are also present.
Finish
Long and smoky, with sea spray, dry grass, and a touch of ash and citrus. Gentle heather honey, lightly acrid notes, and fresh oak shavings.
