Nose
Gently smoked with soft peat, Golden Syrup, rum spice, toffee apples and tropical fruit. Light toffee, grilled pineapple, subtle peat, milk chocolate with toasted and salty hazelnuts.
Palate
Creamy and malty, cinnamon, toffee apples, bread and butter pudding and warming smoke. Salt, toffee, lemon cake, honey, dry, grumpy, salty, peat, smoke, malt, oily sensation, herbaceous flavors, ripe fruit.
Finish
Long and creamy with a smooth vanilla note on the tail. Exquisite finish of coffee and peat. Medium long, milk chocolate, caramel sauce, darker fruits and some smoke.
