Rich, sweet, and earthy with syrupy fruits, dark coffee, and a distinct sweet smoke, interwoven with plum skins, black cherries, dark chocolate, sea-salt, sandalwood, and walnuts.
Palate
Very rich and full-bodied with winter spices, warm honey, vanilla spongecake, pepper, espresso, and syrupy fruits, balanced by mellow smoke, coffee, matchsticks, cedar wood, and delicate plum/cherry notes.
Finish
Long and lingering with a mild, slowly drying smoke, rich plummy port fruitiness, vanilla, walnut, charcoal, berries, and marshmallows.
