Nose
Mangoes, ginger, dried cherries, molasses cookies, concrete, chimney smoke, toffee pudding, prunes, roasted corn, classic peat smoke, rum-soaked peat, damp leather, ash, bonfire smoke, thick honey, parma violets, cured meat, dried fruits, nectarines, baked plums, dates, brown sauce, and sushi.
Palate
Rich and mouth-coating with honey, golden syrup, tar, damp embers, dry spicy oak, white pepper, slight marzipan, and a billow of smoke. Also big peppery char, sugared grapey notes, peat-infused sweet sherry, agave nectar, eucalyptus leaves, and lots of heat.
Finish
Very long with mouth-drying ash, sweet honey, stewed fruit tea, a hint of tobacco, black pepper, arugula, and ethyl heat.
