Nose
Spicy wood, tropical, briny, cherry and apples, with vanilla, gentle wood smoke, lemon zest, cut flowers, and salty sea air. Aromatic peat, red fruits, medicinal notes, and butter cookies.
Palate
Dry and salty at first, followed by red fruits and barley. Hot and spicy with oak, smoke, vanilla, baked apples, tobacco, maple syrup sweetness, bramble juice, cherry wood, dark chocolate, big barley, cinnamon, and hot chipotle sauce.
Finish
Unmistakable hint of kiwi, sea salt, citrus, candy canes, slightly medical notes, floral, drying orange zest, pepper, gentle peat, and a hint of latex. Smoldering campfire, woody spice, medicinal Islay peat, tarry wood, bandaid, iodine, sultana cookies, dark earth, and soft smoke.
