[5, 6, 8, 9, 13, 15, 16, 17] This distillery exclusive expression, bottled in 2020, honors David Simson, co-founder of the Bowmore Distillery in 1779. [5, 6, 8, 13, 15, 16, 18] It underwent a double maturation process, spending 15 years in Oloroso Sherry Butts followed by 5 years in first-fill Pedro Ximénez Sherry Butts, resulting in a rich and complex sherry-influenced profile at a cask strength of 50.7% ABV.
