- Nose
- Smoky and very salty, with cured pork, washed-rind cheese, machine shop notes, seasoned rice vinegar, effervescent fruit (citrus, peaches, banana, mango-habanero salsa), sweet and buttery malt, and violets.
- Palate
- Medium-thick texture, salty and floral, with muscat grapes, pineapple, vanilla, violets, chlorine, rich and earthy smoke, moderate tannin, bittersweet green tea, wet spruce boughs, and a carbolic/industrial character. Develops into effervescent sweetness with citrus juices, lychee, tangerine, and chocolate.
- Finish
- Medium-long, with rich carbolic smoke, eucalyptus, pine sap, cheese, mineral salts, sea air, chocolate, Stroopwaffel, and lingering sweet fruit notes of red apple, red grapes, and blackberries.
