Nose
turf, pine needles, camphor, sultanas, bruised peaches, campfire ashes, some coastal salinity, chocolate covered wafers, stewed tea.
Palate
coastal peat smoke, camphor, cigar butts, cooking chocolate, some dirty fermenting fruit notes, bresaola, slightly caught salted caramel, some zinc oxide strapping bandage, the longer you leave it the louder those fermenting fruit esters get.
Finish
Very bouncy on the palate after a relatively closed nose, with lingering tropical fruits, coastal brine, and a drying woodiness.
