Description

Travel to the dark side of Bowmore with this devilishly good dram! The story goes that on one fateful day, the devil visited Islay. The locals of Bowmore chased him through the village, into the gates of the Bowmore distillery where warehousemen were filling casks and loading them aboard a paddle steamer headed for the mainland. The gates and doors were locked tight shut and every inch of the distillery was searched, but to no avail: the devil had escaped in a cask of Bowmore bound for the mainland. This is the second small batch release in 'The Devil's Casks' series, matured exclusively in first-fill sherry casks.
