Very fragrant and floral, sweetly grassy, with lemongrass and banana. Soft old peat, salty and seafoody (shrimp scampi), slightly gluey and lactic.
Palate
Softly and sweetly arriving, very floral, with violets, lemon zest, and a slightly chalky texture. Earthy peat smoke, salted fish, lake water, lots of wet rocks, petrichor, and more flowers.
Finish
Medium-length and very sweet, with honey-glazed old-school peat smoke. Some paraffin, very floral again, lingering earthy character, fresh peaches and pears, rich and earthy, goat cheese, petrichor, and minerals.
