The name conveys the sense of arduous toil and endeavour of bygone times and the joy and gratitude felt when the journey is complete. To honour this spirit in our Rest & Be Thankful spirits we draw and bottle with satisfaction of a job well done. Our single cask whiskies are the best spirit filled in the best casks and now ready to be enjoyed - no chill-filtration - no colouring and always at cask strength.
