Nose
A morning stroll around Port Charlotte on a sunny Sunday morning, with peat smoke hanging in the air, old puffer boat diesel fumes, gloss paint, and sweet Machair blossoms.
Palate
Like a medieval banquet in a glass with peaty smoke, peppered smoked meats, dark rich prunes, figs, dates, and a creamy, buttery mouthfeel.
Finish
Long and warming with lingering ash, charcoal embers, subtle smoky bacon, and rich sweetness.
