Description
The Bruichladdich The Biodynamic Project is the second small-batch experiment in Bruichladdich Distillery's exclusive Project series, representing an exploration of biodynamic farming principles and marking the world's first biodynamic Scotch whisky release. Distilled in 2011 from the 2010 harvest of biodynamic barley grown by Richard Gantlett at the carbon-negative Yatesbury House Farm, it was matured for 10 years in first-fill ex-American whiskey casks and bottled at 50% ABV. This limited edition release supports regenerative agricultural systems and demonstrates the connection between farmer and glass.
