Nose
Rich and full with soft sweet fruit notes of ripe pineapple, peach, pear, banana, and green apple. Fresh flowers and watered gardens, old books, old wood, and beeswaxed boards. Nutty flavours of toasted almonds and sesame seeds, with hints of mineral, chalk, asphalt, and salty plantain chips.
Palate
Thick texture, sweet and rich with tropical fruit, dried apricots, and honey. Cooling eucalyptus and fresh herbs, developing to rich dry oak, silky caramel, chocolate ganache, and sugary malt. Toasted sesame-seed bagel, hints of tobacco, earth, mineral, and salty notes like limestone, oyster shells, yellow plums, and mango.
Finish
Long, rich, and cooling, with soft, sweet fruit. Mango lassi, thick honey, green apple skins (a bit tannic), eucalyptus, wet grass, pine needles, coconut water, and fragrant sweet flowers.
