Description

Bruichladdich Yellow Submarine [Reclassified] (Whisky of Mass Distinction IV) is a limited 25th Anniversary release celebrating the 2001 reopening of the distillery. Aged 14 years in a vatting of 75% first-fill bourbon barrels and 25% French Bordeaux red wine casks, this unpeated single malt pays tribute to the famous Ministry of Defence yellow submersible retrieved by local fishermen off the shores of Islay.
