Rich, heavy, savoury sherry with notes of cinnamon dusted baked apple, salted toffee, cherry cough syrup, espresso, and grilled bananas. Subtle earthy spice and tobacco.
Palate
Medium-thick texture, with prominent dark chocolate, damson jam, vanilla fudge, and spicy oak. Hints of Black Forest cake, plums, and a moderately tannic finish with black tea.
Finish
Richly spiced with oak, smoked tea, cinnamon, grape jelly, pomegranate, barley sugar, and a dash of citrus. Lingering notes of leather and black pepper.
