Description

Bedford Park is an independent bottler focused on searching out and sharing excellent spirits around the world. Their focus is finding quality casks and meticulously shepherding these casks through the maturation process until they are ready to be bottled. All casks are bottled at cask strength with no added colour or additives. This Bunnahabhain was distilled in 2001 and bottled in 2025 after 19 years of maturation. It is a single cask release from Oloroso Butt Cask Number 3629, with an outturn of 185 bottles.

Palate
Nutty fruit cake with plenty of dates and sultanas, and tangy notes of dried cranberry. Dustings of cocoa follow with hearty baking spice warmth.
Finish
Layers of toffee and sweet malt combine with the seasonal, cakey spice. Prickles of clove and cinnamon creep, with more caramel to keep things balanced.
