A strong whiff of smoke with a campfire tone and slight meatiness like smoked ham, alongside citrus and a touch of honey.
Palate
Peat smoke coating the mouth, with a slight salinity from the Islay seashore and a muted vegetal/seaweed character, also showing citrus.
Finish
Oakiness and peat smoke, with the mouth slowly drying, followed by a nice sweetness of honey and some sherry/fruit. The finish is medium in length.
