Description

Hand-filled by Billy Sinclair on the 2nd of December 2020 at the Maturation Warehouse at the Bunnahabhain distillery, Islay. Taken from a single cask that had previously held Canasta Sherry. Canasta is typically blended Palomino and Pedro Ximinez wines aged together. Filled in 2014 and bottled in 2020 at cask strength without chill-filtration or colouring
