- Pear and almond tart, with a mixture of baking spice, honeyed dried fruit, orange peel and Turkish delight. nutmeg, almonds, sweet malt, honey, a mix of cherry and ripe raisins, a touch of orange exotic spice, pear, rose water, roasted nuts and dark berries.

- Distinctive aniseed notes, juicy raisin and toffee, with sour cherry and vanilla pod leading into oak spice and white flowers.
- Finish
- Lots of Port influence lingering, supported by roasted nuts and warming spices.
