Description

Distilled at the Islay distillery Bunnahabhain on the 3rd November 2014, using their peated distillate called Staoisha, then matured for 8 years, firstly in a Refill Barrel then finished in a 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Quarter Cask. This was then bottled on the 28th of February 2023 from cask number 10869 by Woodrow's of Edinburgh for the Fife Whisky Festival, yielding only 111 bottles at cask strength.
