Nose
Accents of fresh honey and biscuit entwine distinctive toasted oak aromas, with warm wood sweetness and vanilla scents. Elegant oak char, toasted spice, caramelised biscuits, runny honey, and floral vanilla. Delicate orchard fruits, sultana, pear drop, plum flesh, icing sugar, and vanilla.
Palate
Rich yet mellow with balanced sweet notes of crème brûlée, toffee apple, and vanilla. Soft, buttery grain, flapjack, vanilla custard, hard toffee, and fruity suggestions of apple tart. Very light bodied with green apple, bisongrass, chamomile, whipped cream, oat biscuit, and orange zest.
Finish
Notes of maple syrup and oak, deep and smooth. Soft spices, rich oak, a touch of burnt sugar, and lingering chamomile.
