Description

The Feering Early Harvest is the first release from the Cabrach Distillery, a community-owned micro-distillery, using single casks from four local Speyside distilleries. Each cask was carefully selected and curated by Alan Winchester, former Master Distiller of The Glenlivet. In the North East of Scotland, a 'Feering' is the first furrow ploughed, acting as a guide for all the rest. This bottling, released in anticipation of the distillery's own distillation beginning in August 2024, is a limited edition of 6,000 bottles. All profits from the distillery go towards regenerating the Cabrach community and landscape.
