Description

This whisky spent time in a madeira cask, in between two spells in bourbon casks - the unusual maturation history influenced our decision to include it in the Enigma range. With the first 8 years spent in a refill bourbon barrel, this cask was then re-racked into a fresh Madeira hogshead for 4 years, followed by a final 2 year stint in fresh bourbon. This Speyside whisky has quite a story behind it and is packed full of flavour!
