This Cadenhead's Enigma bottling is a 16-year-old single malt whisky from an undisclosed Islay distillery, distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2023 at 55% ABV. It was matured in an Oloroso Hogshead and is non-chill filtered. The Enigma series features single cask and small batch bottlings of mystery whiskies from Cadenhead's, the oldest independent bottler in Scotland.

Burnt embers, cigar boxes, and raisins with a hefty waft of peat and sherry. Smoked red apple, hickory, light soy sauce, and menthol peat.
Palate
Sandalwood, Iberian ham, and toasted oats. Sour, smoky, medicinal, and savoury with char sui pork, oaky tannins, and cigar ash.
Finish
