Description

Cairn distillery's whisky, situated at 57 degrees north, isn't yet ready to release - instead we have the CRN57 series to show us what we can expect when it is. This blended whisky, produced a rounded, well-integrated dram with notes of fresh orchard fruit, rasperry ripple ice cream, light oak, chocolate orange and a delicate sweetness that lingers pleasantly on the finish.
