Description

This expression from Mossburn's Caisteal Chamuis range is a blended malt Scotch whisky made with Island malts that have been matured for 12 years in refill American oak hogsheads, and then given a finishing period in Oloroso sherry casks. It is heavily peated and double barrelled, offering a balance of heavy peat smoke with sweet dried fruit notes, and is bottled without coloring or chill-filtration.
