Callington Mill Audacity is a Tasmanian single malt whisky in the Leap of Faith Series. Spirit distilled at Old Kempton was initially aged in 20L Australian Tawny and Apera casks, then further matured in 300L white fortified casks from the Rutherglen region of Victoria, and bottled at 65.8% ABV.
