Description

One of Glasgow's Premier Independent Whisky Bottling Companies, North Star Spirits was established in 2016 by Iain Croucher. They are dedicated to unearthing hidden gems within the Scotch Whisky realm, meticulously curating casks and spirits. This particular bottling is a 37 Year Old Single Grain Scotch Whisky from the Cameronbridge Distillery, distilled in 1982 and bottled in 2019. It was matured in a single bourbon barrel and bottled at 51% ABV with an outturn of only 198 bottles. North Star Spirits is known for bottling at cask strength and without chill filtration, and their releases are often limited editions.
