Nose
Very young, soft and restrained, with candied citrus, cedar fruit, light icing sugar, malty cereal, lime, chalk, barley (possibly slightly smoky/dirty), and seed oil.
Palate
Sweeter and more sugary, with vanilla and lemon. Continues with lime and wax, hints of boiled vegetables (ribs or cabbage), spices like ginger and white pepper. A savory and salty note emerges. Water increases sweetness, especially of filtered apple juice.
Finish
White pepper, porridge, icing sugar, and a little more patina.
