Nose
a fresh, citric spirit with traces of Springbank. That means gravelly notes, chalk and a hint of aspirin but also more fruity notes. Lime, grapefruit, evolving towards pineapple and coconut cream. Light floral touches as well.
Palate
same fruity core (this time bananas, peaches, sweet grapefruits and oranges) with chalky notes again, hints of wax candles, coconut flakes and spice (pepper, liquorice). Grassy touches, ginger and faint fragrant notes (potpourri style, but not quite).
Finish
not too long, mostly on green fruits, coconut and bourbon wood.
