This 11-year-old Caol Ila was bottled at cask strength by James Eadie, a renowned independent bottler. After distillation on August 7, 2014, the whisky initially matured in refill casks and then received a finish in a refill Amontillado Sherry hogshead, which gives it additional depth and complexity. Bottled at cask strength, natural colour and without chill-filtration, this single malt presents itself as robust and expressive.
