Chorlton Whisky is a small independent bottling company working out of Chorlton in Cheshire. This is an independently bottled single malt from the Caol Ila Distillery, matured in a single hogshead for 12 years. The releases are bottled at natural strength from a single cask with no colouring or chill-filtering and are recognisable by the striking artwork on their labels.
