Description

This fine peated malt is from the Caol Ila Distillery, the powerhouse of whisky production on the Isle of Islay. We have tamed a youthful, feisty spirit, allowing it to mature for 8 years. Finishing it in barriques previously used for Pauillac wine for a further 12 week, from Pauillac's most famed vineyards.
