Description

This is an 11-year-old single malt whisky from the Caol Ila distillery, independently bottled by North Star Spirits. Distilled in September 2009 and matured in a first-fill Oloroso Sherry Butt, it was bottled in October 2020 at a cask strength of 58.2% ABV. This release is part of the North Star Cask Series Number 011, with only 410 bottles produced for worldwide distribution. North Star Spirits, established in 2016, is known for unearthing hidden gems within the Scotch Whisky realm and bottling artisan single cask whiskies.
