Refill sherry maturation adds a layered sweetness and fruit depth that complements Caol Ila's characteristic peated Islay personality. This release is non-chill filtered and natural in colour, giving a concentrated and expressive expression of the distillery's coastal smoke and oak-driven complexity in a limited, single cask format.
